What types of filtration systems does Complete Filtration Services install?
We install a full range of water filtration (sediment, RO, softening, UV, carbon), industrial process filtration (bag, cartridge, pressure leaf, centrifugal), and air filtration (HEPA, dust collection, fume extraction, HVAC) systems. We handle everything from small commercial installations to large-scale industrial and municipal projects.
What geographic areas do you serve?
Our primary service area is facilities across the country, including Nationwide, New Bern, Rocky Mount, Wilson, Kinston, and surrounding communities. We also undertake statewide projects throughout the United States and can work in neighboring states on a project basis. Call us to discuss your location.
Do you offer emergency service?
Yes. We offer 24/7 emergency field service for critical filtration system failures. Our technicians are equipped to respond quickly to minimize downtime. Contact our emergency line at (252) 752-3340 any time, day or night.
Can you work with systems installed by other contractors?
Absolutely. We service, maintain, and upgrade filtration systems regardless of who originally installed them. Our technicians are familiar with all major equipment brands and can bring any system up to optimal performance.
How do I know what type of filtration system I need?
The right system depends on your source water quality, flow rate requirements, contaminants of concern, end-use requirements, and budget. We begin every project with a thorough site assessment and water or air quality analysis to identify the optimal solution. Contact us to schedule an assessment.
How long does a typical filtration system installation take?
Installation timelines vary significantly based on system complexity and site conditions. A straightforward commercial water filtration system may take 1–2 days. A complex industrial system could require several weeks. We provide detailed project schedules during the design phase so you can plan accordingly.
What regulatory standards do your systems meet?
Our systems are designed to meet all applicable federal and state regulations, including EPA Safe Drinking Water Act standards, OSHA air quality requirements, NCDEQ discharge permits, FDA/USDA standards for food and pharmaceutical applications, and ASHRAE standards for HVAC systems.
Can you integrate filtration systems with existing automation?
Yes. We have extensive experience integrating filtration systems with existing PLCs, SCADA platforms, and building management systems. We can provide monitoring, automated control, and remote access capabilities as part of any installation.
Do you offer maintenance contracts?
Yes. We offer comprehensive preventive maintenance agreements tailored to your system and operational requirements. Our maintenance programs include scheduled inspections, filter replacements, performance testing, and priority emergency response. Ask about our annual service contract options.
How often should filtration systems be serviced?
Service frequency depends on the type of system, water or air quality conditions, and operational demands. Most systems benefit from quarterly inspections at minimum, with filter media replacements as indicated by performance data. We recommend an initial assessment to establish the right maintenance schedule for your specific system.
Do you stock replacement parts and filter media?
We maintain a comprehensive inventory of commonly used filter media, cartridges, bags, and system components. For specialty items or specific equipment, we work with a broad network of suppliers to ensure prompt availability. Ask about our spare parts stocking programs for critical systems.
